Senior Business Analyst Supply Chain (processes order-to-deliver)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Supply Chain who thrives on complexity and wants to make real, visible impact in our Order-to-Deliver domain. In this role, you go beyond analysis. You are a key driver of change — ensuring that improvements are understood, implemented, and truly embedded in daily operations. What is your role? You are the crucial link between operations and IT, translating complex business needs into clear, workable solutions. You build a deep understanding of how our warehouse and transport processes operate today and what is needed to improve them tomorrow. This is not a coordination role and not a documentation role, you take ownership to ensure that change actually delivers value. You take ownership across the full delivery lifecycle from idea to implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities

Your Team As a Business Analyst, you are part of the Supply Chain Product Organisation, working closely with fulfilment operations across Europe, Product Owners and IT teams. You will focus on the business processes and IT landscape supporting Order-to-Deliver, including Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS).Who you are? • Analyse processes, identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Translate these into clear requirements and solution directions
• Collaborate with Product Owners and IT to shape effective solutions
• Ensure changes are implemented, validated and adopted in operations
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions
• Align stakeholders across operations, business and IT
• Support go-live and ensure smooth adoption
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable impact in daily operations
• 4 – 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain with in IT environment
• Experience with WMS and/or TMS environments
• Experience working closely with warehouse or logistics operations
• Strong in stakeholder management
• Analytical, able to translate complex challenges into practical solutions
• Structured, pragmatic and implementation-driven
• Comfortable working between business and IT
• Driven to improve processes that matter in daily operations
• This is a hybrid role (50% – 60% from the office), 1 day per week from our Utrecht office and 1 day a week from our HQ in Varsseveld and the rest from home or wherever you’re most productive.
