Senior Business Analyst for Cross functional Digital Program

We are looking for a senior business analyst to support a cross-functional digital program by ensuring that features are clearly defined, well-structured, and ready for implementation across multiple teams. This role focuses on shaping features from early concept to delivery readiness, working closely with product, UX, and engineering to reduce ambiguity, align stakeholders, and enable efficient delivery.

Who is your team?

You will be part of a cross-functional digital program within Digital Product & Innovation, collaborating with multiple product teams and stakeholders across countries and domains.The environment is complex and dynamic, with initiatives often spanning multiple teams and requiring alignment between business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.You will work in close partnership with the Journey Owner and Product Owners, translating priorities into well-defined, executable features and ensuring alignment across teams before development starts.

What is your role?

As a Senior Business Analyst, you operate at the intersection of business, product, and engineering, with a strong focus on feature clarity, structuring, and delivery readiness.You take ownership of structuring and shaping features from concept into clear, implementation, ready solutions, ensuring that teams have the clarity they need to estimate and deliver with confidence.

Feature shaping & requirements definition – take features from initial idea to a clear, structured state

• Cross-functional alignment – work in close partnership with Product Owners and collaborate with UX, architects, and engineers

• Structuring for delivery, translate topics into clear requirements and acceptance criteria

• Dependency and impact analysis, identify cross-team dependencies and risks early

• Support during delivery, stay involved to clarify and maintain alignment

• Business validation & test scenarios, define flows and test scenarios

• Driving progress, facilitate alignment and decision-making

• Enabling informed decisions – provide clarity for Product Owners and teams

This role ensures that features are well-understood, structured, and ready for implementation reducing rework, improving estimation accuracy, and increasing delivery speed and confidence.

Who are you?

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with in tech environment, preferably in wholesale, e-commerce and retail.

• Comfortable working in complex, cross-team environments

• Strong structured thinking with the ability to break down complex problems

• Focuses on shaping solutions, not just producing documentation

• Proactive, ownership-driven, and accountable for outcomes

• Acts as a strong bridge between business and engineering

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Delivery- and outcome-focused mindset

• Comfortable collaborating closely with UX and engineering teams

• Brings energy, drives momentum, and keeps teams aligned
