april 1, 2026

At Kramp, we are continuously improving the digital buying journey that powers our e-commerce platform, serving thousands of customers and generating over a billion euros in annual turnover. Within the Buying Journey domain, we work on critical parts of the experience such as search, navigation, recommendations, checkout, ordering, and delivery. This includes complex topics like availability, delivery promises, transport costs, pricing, and payments. We are currently modernizing key backend systems that power the checkout and order flow. Multiple systems, data sources, and business rules come together to determine what customers see and experience, from price and availability to delivery options and payment methods. This creates a unique opportunity, but also significant complexity. Understanding how data flows across systems and how this translates into the customer experience is critical to making the right decisions. If you are excited about combining data, technology, and customer understanding to improve complex digital journeys, this role puts you at the heart of it. What is your role? Your mission is to bring clarity to complexity and turn it into impact. You focus on the checkout, ordering, delivery, pricing, and payments domain, where multiple systems and data flows come together. You build a clear understanding of how these systems interact and how data drives the customer experience.
