We are looking for a Plan to Stock Process Manager who wants to make real, visible impact for our Plan to Stock processes across our 11 warehouses in Europe.

In this role, you go beyond analysis. You are a key driver of change, ensuring that improvements are understood, implemented, and truly embedded in daily operations.

The role

In this role, you own the Purchase to Stock (PTS) process, ensuring requirements are translated into effective solutions, delivered on time, and successfully adopted. You act as the key link between business stakeholders, program teams, and leadership. In addition, you drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, support process optimisation projects, maintain documentation and training materials, and analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance quality and productivity.

You will also:

  • Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Stock (PTS) process, including purchase planning, purchasing execution, supplier collaboration, inbound operations, and alignment across program workstreams.

  • Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives by analysing current operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing innovative process solutions.

  • Lead project delivery across large and small initiatives by managing scope, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, and issue escalation.

  • Define, prioritise, and govern business requirements while driving decision-making and ensuring alignment between business needs, solution design, and delivery outcomes.

  • Ensure solution and design alignment through active governance, gap resolution, risk management, and participation in design review and approval forums.

  • Take accountability for data readiness and quality, including defining data requirements, coordinating cleansing and migration activities, and validating data usability.

  • Support successful business adoption through stakeholder management, documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, change management, and operational readiness activities.

Your team

As the PTS Process Manager, you are part of the Supply Chain Planning & Execution Organisation (P&E team), working closely with our Category & Buying,Fulfilment operations, and Commercial teams across Europe. The central P&E team consists of 5 category led planning teams across Europe and an Inbound transport& Excellence team. Besides you will have a connection with the different projects and programs that run in this domain; i.e. our ERP program called SPRING.

You will report into the Director Supply Chain Planning & Execution.

Who are you?

You are, or recognise yourself in the following requirements for this role:

  • Strong Planning and Purchasing (direct materials) execution experience

  • Analytical and systems-oriented mindset. Able to simplify complex matters

  • Ability to translate business needs in solution requirements

  • Strong cross-functional communication and influence to drive adoption

  • Project Management experience in system / solution delivery (design, build, test, deploy)

  • Process optimisation and lean / six sigma experience

  • Ability to work in Varsseveld (NL) 2-3 days a week
