You will be responsible for advising on and supporting the learning and professional development of the workforce as well as implements and executing policies, processes, and development and training offerings.
Your specific tasks include:
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be part of our central and international team of experts dedicated to supporting HR colleagues, managers, and employees across all Kramp locations. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Organisational Development. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality L&D solutions that empower our workforce, drive business success, and create a culture of continuous learning. We collaborate closely to share knowledge, innovate, and ensure that our L&D initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and the diverse needs of our employee.
