The Employer Branding and Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in how the organization attracts, engages, and retains top talent by defining and promoting the company’s unique employment brand. You will be responsible for implementing a compelling Employer Value Proposition that authentically reflects the company’s culture, values, and employee experience, and for ensuring that it is effectively communicated both internally and externally.

You will be part of the Corporate Communications, which contains of specialists in External communications and Internal communications and the role of Employer Branding and Engagement Specialist.

The role

• Own the employer brand: manage and roll out brand plans that align with our employer value proposition.
• Create content: write and edit content for various media aligned with tone of voice.
• Engage stakeholders: organize meetings and materials to build internal alignment and excitement.
• Comms tools: support colleagues with using communication platforms.
• Enhance experience: support initiatives across the employee journey.
• Data & insights: gather and analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Process improvements: identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Community outreach: bring employer brand to life externally.
• Research: conduct market and talent research.
• Strategy: help translate strategy into plans and coordinate execution.

Who are you?

• Experienced HR and/or communications professional with knowledge in engagement and behavioral transformation.
• Result-oriented, people-driven, detail- and quality-focused.
• Strong relationship builder with cross-functional influence.
• Strategic and politically savvy within organizational dynamics.
• Hands-on with implementation power, meets deadlines and agreements.
• Bachelor level, preferably in HRM, Communication, or Business Management.
