Senior Technology B2B Integrations Analyst (interim)

How do we scale complex B2B integrations in a way that is reliable and repeatable?

At Kramp, we are expanding integrations with large customers using OCI (punchout), cXML, APIs, and EDI. Recent work shows this landscape is more complex than expected, with multiple standards, dependencies, and trade-offs.

We need a senior technical analyst to bring structure and clarity. Starting with defining the best approach for 1 big integration and extending to similar integrations.

Your role

Your mission is to turn complex integration scenarios into clear, actionable direction.

• Analyze difference integration approaches (OCI, cXML, catalog-based) between Kramp and our top 3 integration partners

• Map systems, data flows, and dependencies

• Translate complexity into clear options and trade-offs

• Identify required changes, teams, and risks

• Enable informed decision-making across stakeholders

Assignment focus

Priority 1 –Integration for Dutch market

• Define the best integration approach and what is needed to deliverour first in line integration

Priority 2 – broader integrations (if time allows)

• Assess reuse for other integrations and advise on future direction.

Please note this position is an interim position with a 6 month contract

Who are you?

• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis, systems integration, and solution architecture

• Strong in B2B integrations (OCI, cXML, APIs, EDI)

• Able to structure complexity and drive clarity

• Good at stakeholder management and communication in English

• Proactive and results‑oriented, with a solid ability to gather information and come up with practical solutions

Assignment characteristics

• Interim (6 months, possible extension)

• Focus on analysis and decision support

• Bi-weekly check-ins, iterative approach
