In this role, you help build a strong, future-ready leadership and talent ecosystem across Europe. You design and embed practical succession, talent and development solutions that support Strategy 2030 and enable people to grow their careers at Kramp. In this role you will work closely with leaders, HR Business Partners, other HR Centers of Expertise and employees. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and connect Kramp to modern Talent Management practices.   • Design and embed an end-to-end succession and talent framework for Europe.
  • Translate Strategy 2030 into clear succession, talent and skills priorities.
  • Lead talent development initiatives (e.g. acceleration programs, mentoring).
  • Enable leaders and managers to build strong pipelines and high-performing teams.
  • Strengthen insight into career opportunities and move internally through strong talent and development practices.
  • Strengthen employee ownership of development and career growth.
  • Leverage HR systems and talent, succession and skills data to create meaningful insights and support high-quality decisions.
  • Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Embed inclusive, evidence-based Talent Management practices across the organisation.
  • 10+ years of experience in succession planning, talent management and development
  • Proven experience building succession, talent and (career) development frameworks and practices from scratch
  • Experience in complex, international organisations
  • Strong understanding in how high-performing teams are built and developed
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset, able to link strategy and ideas to real impact
  • Experienced in making HR systems work to enable effective succession, talent and development practices
  • Completed Master degree
  • 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a fulltime NL contract)
