Product Compliance Specialist

For our Product Quality & Compliance team, we are looking for a Product Compliance Specialist who will support the execution and monitoring of product compliance processes within an international environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Product Compliance Expert and the Manager PQC, ensuring that compliance activities are carried out correctly, on time, and in a structured manner.

What will you do

• Process and maintain technical dossiers and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Support the preparation and validation of technical files in collaboration with service partners (including private label and non-EU products).
• Execute and coordinate compliance reporting (batteries, electrical equipment, oil, tires, and packaging) to authorities via service partners.
• Process and follow up on supplier contract compliance in the CRM system.
• Support audits, compliance-related projects, and process improvement initiatives.
• Who we are looking for
• 2–4 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s level education or equivalent work experience (e.g., Law, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering).
• Structured, accurate, and reliable in execution.
• Familiar with compliance documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Project management experience is a plus.
