Portfolio Manager

The Role

As our new Portfolio Manager, you connect strategy with execution: aligning priorities, enabling informed decision-making, and helping teams navigate complexity and dependencies across programs. By working closely with stakeholders across the business, you ensure that our strategic initiatives are set up for success and that we continuously improve the way we manage and deliver our portfolio.

You will drive a proactive, data-driven approach to portfolio management–ensuringfeasibleplanning, clear prioritization, and strong alignment across teams and stakeholders. You work closely with senior leadership and directly contribute to portfolio-level decision-making.

WhatYou’llBe Doing

Steering and prioritizing the portfolio:

Youplay a keyrole intheselectionand prioritization of initiatives, driving clarity on what matters most. You enable well-informed trade-offs between initiatives, ensuring focus on the projects that contribute most to delivering our strategy.

Driving planning and ensuring feasibility:

You ensure that the portfolio isrealistically plannedand executable. You build andmaintaina clear view on project timelines, dependencies, risks, and capacity constraints across the portfolio. Based on this, you definea feasibleportfolio and ensure transparency on what can and cannot be delivered.

Providing insights and enabling delivery:

Youensureprojectsare setup for success by aligning capacity, capabilities, and priorities across teams. You work closely with program and project managers to collect andconsolidateinsights and provide data-driven analyses and scenario support for decision-making. Youfacilitatealignment across stakeholders and ensure that decisions are based on clear, fact-based insights.

The Team

You will report to the Head of Portfolio Management, part of the Corporate Development Team. You will collaborate closely with projectand programmanagers,linemanagers, the Portfolio Management Team, and senior stakeholders across theorganization.

What You Bring

• You hold aMaster’sdegree in Business, Economics,Engineeringor a related analytical field

• You have around 3-5years ofexperiencein strategy consulting, project managementor similarroles, andproven ability to structure and drive complextopics end-to-end

• You combine strong analyticaland communication/presentationskills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drivechangeacross seniority levels

• You are structured, pragmatic, and able to translate analysis into action

• You take ownership and thrive inanevolving environment
