As the People Manager, you will play a critical role and a key leader within our Data Office, an international and growing department of around 20 professionals driving data innovations from the core. This role specifically focuses on leading a team of approximately 15 engineers. With your passion for facilitating, coaching and empowering you make sure the teams are performing at their best. You will be reporting to the Head of Data and together with Product Owners, Architects & Tech Leads ensure that the teams are well-equipped to facilitate growth.
