The mission of this role is to align Kramp’s long-term business goals with our talent and development strategy, translating this into impactful programs. You will serve as a vital link between our local HR teams across five European clusters and our global HR Business team.

In this role, you will lead the integrated areas of Talent and Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Performance Management.

Wie ben jij?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Professional with:

• A strong track record in HR strategy, workforce planning, OD and leadership
• People & result-driven mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on execution capability and strategic vision
• Experience in leading teams and implementing HR programs across regions
• A Master’s degree in HRM, Business, or Psychology (preferred)
