B2B Sales Engineer (France)

Ready to lead regional sales and be the key contact for industrial clients?
As Sales Engineer, you will be the face of Hosokawa in the South East region of France. In this autonomous and strategic role, you will drive the growth of our sales activities and build lasting relationships with industrial clients across various sectors. Your key responsibilities:

• Representing Hosokawa Micron Group throughout the South East region of France;
• Driving regional sales growth in line with the company’s commercial strategy;
• Promoting the complete portfolio of Hosokawa technologies;
• Managing technical sales projects from initial contact through order completion;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with end users, engineering companies, OEMs, laboratories and design offices;
• Providing technical and commercial support during both pre-sales and project execution;
• Coordinating closely with colleagues in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Your profile: technically skilled, commercially driven and customer-focused
You enjoy working independently, know how to build lasting customer relationships and feel comfortable discussing complex technical solutions with industrial customers.

• At least 10 years of experience in technical B2B sales within the French South East region;
• A strong network in the process industry;
• A solid understanding of industrial processes and project sales;
• A degree in engineering (chemical/process engineering, BUT, …);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in English (German is a strong plus);
• Proficiency with CRM systems;
• A hands-on, results-driven mindset and a team spirit;
• Willingness to travel frequently (50%)
