We are looking for an
Employer Branding Specialist
who will help strengthen Kramp’s employer brand by (re-) designing and improving our global Employer Branding processes/topics, so that our organization can continue to grow. On these topics we work together with our Corporate Communications and Marketing departments.
Your role You are the first point of contact for global Employer Branding topics. In addition to the advisory role towards your stakeholders, you will work together with the talent acquisition team to strengthen our employer brand. You do this by developing target group-oriented content for our Career site, Linkedin page and other channels in- and externally. Based on your expertise, you also work on communication and recruitment-related projects. This includes for example various D&I initiatives.

Our Global Talent Acquisition Team consists of 8 Talent Acquisitions Specialists based in the Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom and Germany. You will report to the Global Manager Talent Acquisition.
Besides working with your team, you will also collaborate with HR Business Partners in the countries.
Who are you? You have a passion for Employer Branding and have the ambition to further develop within the field. You know how to create a strategy to make the employer brand even stronger and meet our recruitment needs. You enjoy staying up to date of the latest trends and developments within the field and use your knowledge to advise our Talent Acquisition Specialists, among others.
