YOUR PURPOSE As a Quality officer, you will join the team that is responsible for the application and monitoring of safety, health, environmental and quality policies. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Drafting, implementing and managing QHSE and procedure manuals.
  • Managing and maintaining the QHSE management systems.
  • Organizing and carrying out internal audits, risk-assessments and supervising external audits and / or inspections of, for example, customers, government agencies and accreditation institutions.
  • Manage & discuss QHSE and audit feedback.
  • Providing various reports in the field of QHSE management.
  • Increase QHSE awareness with the MWS organization.

  • You hold a bachelor degree in Quality management and have at least 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • You have good English communicate and report skills (second language is a plus)
  • To be able to successfully fulfill this position, you must also have the following competencies: proactive, accuracy, flexibil, quality-oriented, decisive and communicative.
