Are you ready to take on a strategic and influential role as the Head of HR Service Delivery, and become a key member of Kramp’s Global HR Management Team? This is your opportunity to help shape the future of Kramp and make a meaningful impact on our people and our success.

To support and drive Kramp’s ongoing transformation—and to ensure excellent HR services for our global organization—we are looking for an ambitious and hands‑on leader to own HR service delivery across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end‑to‑end HR service delivery processes (onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, case management).
• Lead a team of HR service professionals to deliver consistent, high‑quality operations.
• Implement and continuously improve HR tools and portals, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Centers of Expertise and HR Business Partners to align service delivery with HR strategy.
• Monitor KPI’s and SLAs, drive performance improvements and report on service metrics.
• Drive change initiatives in HR operations and embed best practices in a global context.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken een proactieve en resultaatgerichte HR‑professional met:

• Aantoonbare ervaring in HR service delivery of HR operations (minimaal 7 jaar).
• Sterke leiderschaps- en peoplemanagementvaardigheden.
• Ervaring met HR‑systemen (bijv. Workday, SuccessFactors) en procesoptimalisatie.
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement.
• Hands‑on mentaliteit en drive om continue verbetering door te voeren.
• WO- of HBO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in HRM, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar.
